Consent24
Who agreed to what, when, how and to which text? Provable consent records under GDPR Art. 7(1) for Bitrix24 contacts, leads and companies.
- Processing purposes with versioned texts in English, Polish and German — start from templates for marketing e-mails, newsletter, phone calls, profiling and sharing with partners. A changed text becomes a new version; every consent stays linked to the version the person saw.
- Collect consent: a personal consent link (nothing pre-ticked), a double opt-in e-mail sent from your CRM, or a printable consent form (EN/PL/DE) with an upload of the signed scan. Consent given by phone or in person is recorded by the employee with a note.
- Withdrawal as easy as giving (Art. 7(3)): a “my consents” page for every person — one click to withdraw.
- Proof: an append-only journal — date and time, method, text version, IP address and browser for online confirmations, the employee who recorded it. Each record carries the hash of the previous one; a copy goes to the CRM timeline.
- In your CRM: a “Consents” tab in contacts, leads and companies; a field “Consent: …” = granted / withdrawn for filters and marketing segments; automation triggers “consent granted / withdrawn / re-consent needed”; workflow robots.
- Data subject requests: Record of consent (PDF, JSON) for an access request and an “erasure requested” mark. For erasure and anonymisation itself use the free Bitrix24 app “GDPR for CRM”.
Consent24 helps you document consent; it is not legal advice. The consent texts are yours — templates are a starting point. Data is hosted in the EU (Germany).
